help to preserve our liberty Contributing to CIR is one of the most effective ways to defend the individual liberties that are vital to maintaining and preserving freedom in the United States. Every financial and pro bono contribution helps produce historic legal victories to advance threatened and violated individual rights. CIR is a 501(c)(3) organization and contributions are tax-deductible up to the limits allowed by law.
