The Latest News from CIR’s Docket!

CIR is going into the new year with two new victories! We won a partial summary judgement for NY civil servant Salvatore Davi against the agency that punished him for his political speech. And CIR reached a favorable settlement for Maria Garcia’s coffee business after Oregon denied it COVID-relief because of her race!  Plus, we launched two groundbreaking, new free speech cases.
