CIR rallied the troops to challenge the Corporate Transparency Act and keep the feds from prying into the affairs of millions of small businesses nationwide. On December 3, the District Court issued a nationwide preliminary injunction, declaring the mass surveillance law “likely unconstitutional.” The federal government filed an appeal, and since then, the legal support has poured in.

25 states, friends and allies in the liberty movement, and concerned advocacy organization have put their legal muscle behind fighting an invasive reporting law that would compel more than 32 million small businesses nationwide to disclose private information to the federal government by the end of the year or face draconian penalties.
