Christian Clase
Individual Rights Litigator
Christian Clase is an Individual Rights Litigator for the Center for Individual Rights. Prior to joining CIR, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Tennessee Office of the Attorney General. In that role, he primarily represented Tennessee in criminal appeals and post-conviction matters.
Christian is a graduate of Purdue University and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. While in law school, Christian worked for the New Civil Liberties Alliance. He also externed for the Honorable John F. Kness in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Christian is a member of the Bar in Tennessee.
