James B. Mann

James B. Mann, Esq. is a tax attorney. Previously, he was a partner at Lucosky Brookman LLP in New York, a partner with Greenspoon & Marder LLP, a consulting attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, managing director of the Derivative and Financial Products Group of Société Générale, deputy assistant attorney general of the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and general counsel of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Mr. Mann is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the  Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and the Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences.
