Judges Denies Motion for Rehearing

District Court Judge B. Lynn Winmill denied CIR’s motion for a new trial on behalf of Corissa and Eric Mueller. CIR challenged the inclusion of expert testimony that was not based in scientific literature. CIR argued that the testimony altered the outcome of the case. Judge Winmill decided that the testimony was proper.
