Eugene Volokh

Eugene Volokh is the Thomas M. Siebel Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution (Stanford), and the Gary T. Schwartz Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus (and Distinguished Research Professor) at UCLA School of Law. He writes about First Amendment law, law and technology, and tort law, and has also written about Second Amendment law, criminal law, and copyright law. He is the co-founder of The Volokh Conspiracy, a blog that has been operating since 2002.
